• One Account Per PersonEach individual may hold only one active fh66 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another individual's identity — constitutes fraud and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate InformationYou must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the fh66 platform. You are required to notify fh66 promptly of any changes to your registered information, including your mobile number.
• Personal Account UseYour fh66 Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, share your login credentials, or act as a proxy for another individual's gambling activity on fh66.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the fh66 platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as your primary account identifier and the recipient of OTP verification codes. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security.

• Registration AccuracyAll information submitted during registration must be accurate and belong to you. Submitting false identity information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
• Password SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must choose a strong password and must not share it with any third party. fh66 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any channel other than the official login interface.
• Unauthorised AccessIf you believe your fh66 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fh66 support immediately via the email address in the footer of this site. fh66 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Account Suspensionfh66 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where fh66 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, including suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or underage gambling. In such cases, fh66 may withhold Account balances pending investigation.
• Account ClosureYou may request the closure of your fh66 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be resolved. Real-money Balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following KYC verification.

• Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fh66 wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile banking transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.
• Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. fh66 processes withdrawals during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. fh66 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, standard transaction fees charged by your mobile banking provider may apply.
• KYC Verification for Withdrawalsfh66 reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued National ID card, passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and age. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
• Chargeback PolicyInitiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a fh66 deposit is considered a breach of these Terms. fh66 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback, suspend the associated Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
• Anti-Money Launderingfh66 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. fh66 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses and Promotions

fh66 offers a welcome bonus to new players and ongoing promotional offers to existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes on eligible game categories before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per PromotionEach promotional offer may be claimed only once per Player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via different accounts or devices constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
• Bonus ExpiryBonus Funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your Account Balance without notice.
• fh66 Discretionfh66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. fh66 also reserves the right to void bonus claims and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of an error, or breach of these Terms.

Section 7

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. • Fraud and Identity MisrepresentationRegistering using false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment details to fund an Account is strictly forbidden and will be treated as fraud.
• Automated Tools and BotsUsing automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage on the fh66 platform, place bets algorithmically, or manipulate game outcomes is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• CollusionColluding with other players — including in live casino games — to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information, or gain any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Money LaunderingUsing the fh66 platform to launder money, transfer proceeds of criminal activity, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws is strictly prohibited. fh66 will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notice to the Account holder.
• Bonus AbuseSystematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, using low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine gameplay, or any other form of bonus exploitation is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fh66 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
